General provisions

The Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Donetsk Academy of Management and Public Service” (hereinafter – FSBEI HE “DONAMPA”) is the founder of the scientific publication “Scientific Journal “Manager” (hereinafter “Scientific Journal “Manager”).

∇ The Regulation has been developed on the basis of the following regulatory documents:

∇ The Law of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1991 No. 2124-1 “On the Mass Media”;

∇ The Federal Law of December 29, 1994 No. 77-FZ “On the Mandatory Deposit of Documents”;

∇ The Charter of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “DONAMPA”;

∇ The Charter of the Scientific Journal “Manager” of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “DONAMPA”;

∇ local regulations of the Scientific Journal “Manager” of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “DONAMPA”.

The editors and editorial board of the Scientific Journal “Manager” include: 26 doctors of science, among which 16 are full-time employees of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “DONAMPA”. The editorial board also includes external experts in relevant specialties. The responsible and technical secretaries are involved in the work.

The scientific journal “Manager” of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “DONAMPA” is intended for the publication of the main results of scientific research of teaching staff and students (winners of scientific work competitions).

The thematic focus of the Scientific Journal “Manager” includes the following specialties:

5.2.3. Regional and sectoral economics;

5.2.4. Finance;

5.2.6. Management;

5.2.7. State and municipal administration.

The frequency of the Scientific Journal “Manager” is at least 6 (six) issues per year.

The scientific journal “Manager” provides direct open access to its content, based on the following principle: free open access to research results increases the global exchange of knowledge.

The Scientific Journal “Manager” may publish original scientific articles, materials of scientific events, reviews of scientific information materials of an official, review, and popular science nature.

Works that have not previously been published are accepted for publication in the Scientific Journal “Manager”.

The scientific journal “Manager” has its own website http:// manager-sciencejournal, where information about the publication is publicly available.

The Editorial Doard is formed from among the most authoritative scientists on the basis of voluntary, unpaid participation. The composition of the Editorial Board is approved by the order of the rector.
