Requirements for the materials provided in the Scientific Journal “Manager”

General information

Only previously unpublished original articles that meet the scientific specialties of the Scientific Journal “Manager” and these requirements are accepted for publication. The materials provided must be relevant, have scientific-theoretical, scientific-practical significance and novelty. The uniqueness of a text without a bibliography should be at least 80% in the Anti-Plagiarism system. In case of detection of numerous borrowings, the editors act in accordance with the rules of COPE (https://publicationethics.org/).

Plagiarism refers to both verbatim copying and paraphrasing of someone else’s text. When using borrowed text from another author, a link to the source is required. Plagiarism can be detected both at the stage of obtaining a scientific article using computer methods, and at the stage of reviewing.

It is not allowed to use special programs or macros that hide borrowed text when checking for plagiarism, by adding hidden characters, multiple spaces between words, rearranging words, replacing letters of the Russian alphabet with English.

Submission of an article to the Scientific Journal “Manager” implies that:

– all co-authors are familiar with and accept the rules of editorial ethics posted on the official website of the journal;

– all co-authors agree with the publication of the current version of the article;

– all co-authors agree with the publication of the article in the public domain on the Internet, including on the journal’s website, the official website of the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU and other databases;

– the scientific article does not contain information constituting state or commercial secrets; its open publication is possible.

Before submitting an article for consideration, you should make sure that the file(s) contains all the necessary information, the sources of information posted in the figures and tables are indicated, and all links are formatted correctly.

Articles sent to the editor are reviewed and, in case of a positive conclusion, edited. The editors do not agree with the authors on changes and reductions in the manuscript that do not affect fundamental issues.

The author is responsible for the reliability of information, accuracy of citations and links to official documents and other sources.

The total number of authors of the article is no more than three. Articles by graduate students and applicants may be accepted for publication without co-authorship with a doctor or candidate of science. Articles whose authors include students who are winners of scientific work competitions (confirmed by an appropriate certificate) are accepted for publication only in co-authorship with a doctor or candidate of science.

Inappropriate content in copyright materials. It is unacceptable to include in the text of the article material containing: profanity, as well as offensive statements, including racist and religious in nature; calls for violence and illegal actions; discrimination on national, racial, religious, gender and other grounds; violations of generally accepted norms of morality and ethics; expansive-affective presentation; propaganda of extremist activities; propaganda of political and religious movements; propaganda of intolerance and discriminatory statements.

There is no charge for publishing articles.

Author’s fees are not paid by the editors.
